Certified Reseller:

Program Summary:
TheGameMonsters "Certified Reseller" Program allows current TheGameMonsters clients to earn a credit towards services.  This program from this day forth replaces TheGameMonsters Referral Program.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify as a Reseller, an applicant must:

• Be a client in good standing of TheGameMonsters.com
• Have a website from which they can advertise an Approved TheGameMonsters banner found in the client side set up of the Certified Reseller program.

Certified Reseller Levels, and Discounts:
TheGameMonsters offers the Certified Resellers 2 options for payout of Gross Paid Sales generated thru the Certified Resellers account.

• TheGameMonsters can Credit the Certified Resellers account 5% of the total Gross Paid Sales generated from the Certified Resellers account on the last day of each calendar month.
• TheGameMonsters shall credit the Certified Reseller on the last day of the calendar month for 5% of the gross sales generated by the Certified Reseller.

Upon TheGameMonsters accepting the Certified Resellers request to become a Certified Reseller the Certified Reseller must decide and express in writing (email is acceptable from the clients email on file) which form of payout they would like.  Changes to the payout will only be accepted from the clients email address and will go into effect no earlier then 1 calendar month from the date of receipt of the request.  The Game Monsters Reseller Levels, and discounts are contained at www.TheGameMonsters.com.

Certified Reseller Obligations:
Every Reseller participating in the Program must comply with the following:

1. The Certified Reseller shall place an Approved TheGameMonsters Certified Reseller banner on their website.
2. The Certified Reseller shall not represent themselves as an employee of TheGameMonsters or mislead a potential client in thinking they are.

Program Obligations:
After every sale is generated from the Certified Resellers account TheGameMonsters will verify that payment has been made and confirmed before issuing a credit.  In the event a sale that was generated and cancelled in the same calendar month occurred both the credit and debit will be applied to the account and the Certified Reseller notified via email within 5 business days of the cancellation.

Other Terms and Provisions:

1. Changes
The Game Monsters may modify the content, terms and conditions of the Reseller Program from time to time. The Reseller should re-visit the Program Description on The Game Monsters web site from time to time to stay abreast of such changes. Any change to the Program Description will be effective immediately when posted to The Game Monsters web site. When feasible, The Game Monsters will endeavor to provide Reseller with advance notice of changes to the Program.

2. Updated Information
The Reseller must keep The Game Monsters informed of changes in the Resellers contact information and other information contained in the Program Application by either (a) providing email notification of such changes to the Account Manager, or (b) using such other online notification tools as The Game Monsters may provide for such purpose.

3. Business Conduct
The Reseller must conduct its business with high levels of integrity and fair dealing. The Reseller should maintain a reputation for fair dealing and customer service at the highest levels.

4. Terms of Service
The Reseller must abide by the provisions of The Game Monsters Terms of Service, as they may be modified from time to time. The Reseller should impose conditions of service on its Reseller Customers that are at least as stringent as those imposed by The Game Monsters. Without limiting the foregoing, the Reseller must cause its Reseller Customer to comply with The Game Monsters Acceptable Use Policy as the same may be modified from time to time. If any Reseller customer violates the The Game Monsters Acceptable Use Policy, The Game Monsters may terminate or suspend the Services for such Reseller Customer. Reseller will be wholly responsible for any communications that may be necessary or appropriate with respect to such Reseller Customer.
